Making filled chocolates at home and confused on what to fill in the mould. Well here are my few suggestions.
- desiccated coconut mixed with little fresh cream of milk and sugar or honey to taste.
- rose petal gulkand.
- caramelized sugar, granulated and filled in.
- dried or candied fruit
- pecans or walnuts or pistachios
- butterscotch mousse
- Strawberry and lemon
- Marshmallows
Tips
Make SURE your molds are completely dry, as well as the container you melt your chocolate in. Even one drop of water can cause your chocolate to “seize.”
