Chocolate filling ideas

Making filled chocolates at home and confused on what to fill in the mould. Well here are my few suggestions.

  • desiccated coconut mixed with little fresh cream of milk and sugar or honey to taste.
  • rose petal gulkand.
  • caramelized sugar, granulated and filled in.
  • dried or candied fruit
  • pecans or walnuts or pistachios
  • butterscotch mousse
  • Strawberry and lemon
  • Marshmallows

Tips

Make SURE your molds are completely dry, as well as the container you melt your chocolate in. Even one drop of water can cause your chocolate to “seize.”
